Providing Optional Information on Your Data Boutique Profile
To enhance your experience on Data Boutique, you can add additional details to your profile. Associating your account with a company profile and adding your Discord nickname can unlock extra benefits for both buyers and sellers.
1. Adding Your Company Profile
Linking your account to a company profile can be valuable, whether you’re a buyer or a seller:
- For Sellers: Associating with a company profile allows your datasets to be displayed under your company name in the Seller Showroom, giving your listings greater visibility and helping build brand recognition. This is especially useful for businesses aiming to establish a strong professional presence on the platform.
- For Buyers: Adding a company profile enables company-wide data purchases, providing a streamlined approach to data access and billing for team use. This setup allows multiple users within the same organization to access data under a single company account, facilitating coordinated data acquisition.
2. Adding Your Discord Nickname
Providing your Discord nickname connects you to Data Boutique’s notification system on Discord. By linking your Discord handle, you can receive real-time updates about data orders, support notifications, and relevant announcements directly through Discord.
Managing Optional Information
To manage these optional details, navigate to your profile page. Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the top bar menu and select Profile. Here, you can enter and update both your company information and Discord nickname.
